The two bedroomed property is both centrally heated and double glazed as well as featuring a built in single oven and matching stainless steel gas hob and cooker hood. There is also a washing machine. Maintained to a good condition the house is available from 1st January 2010 and whilst offered on a unfurnished basis the house is fully carpeted. The property is available for rental at ?425 pcm and will be let on a shorthold tenancy for a minimum term of 6 months. The tenant will be responsible for the ?125 fee in connection with the preparation of the lease and administration charges. A security bond of ?425 will be required.
