"Built in 1886 this stone terrace house is located on a short cobbled street at the top end of Longwood with the benefit of small and easily maintained partially lawned front and rear gardens. Recently modernised to an excellent standard and featuring a charming Inglenook fireplace to the lounge and a superb dining kitchen incorporating a built in stainless steel oven, gas hob and chimney hood as well as separate integrated fridge and freezers. Luxury white bathroom suite with chrome monobloc tap and shower heads and chic contrasting graphite and blanco tiled walls. A central heating system has also been installed for the first time and the double glazed windows, doors and wiring were replaced just over a decade ago. Fully carpeted, curtained and competitively priced the home is vacant and ideal for first time buyers.
