"The property is situated just off Longwood Gate on a pleasant stone cobbled road with views to the rear stretching across to Castle Hill. There is a gas central heating system, PVCu double glazing and accommodation briefly comprising entrance lobby, living room with feature fireplace, dining kitchen (only partly fitted). Basement with cellar. First floor landing with three bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, stylish modern tiled bathroom with white suite. Second floor useful attic room.
