"On the outskirts of Scissett village is this charming property which is set down a country style lane and is just one of four properties on Rock Villas. The property briefly comprises - front porch, dining kitchen, lounge, large cellar, two good sized bedrooms and house bathroom. There is off road parking for two cars and a quaint patio and garden area to the rear. The property is not over looked and has a lovely outlook. Scissett schools are a short distance away along with shops, restaurants and pubs. The property is available immediately, as a long term let, unfurnished. NO DOGS OR CATS.

PORCH 2.46m(8'1'') approx x 1.24m(4'1'') approx Up a few steps to the front uPVC door you enter the property into the porch which is a good size, ideal for coats and shoes. There is a built in work surface and plumbing for a washing machine. There is tiled flooring, glazing to three sides and a door through to the dining kitchen. DINING/LIVING KITCHEN 4.12m(13'6'') max x 3.66m(12'0'') max This is a good sized room with plenty of space for a dining table and chairs or sofas. There are wooden wall and base units, Bosch oven, four ring gas hob, fridge and sink. There is a chimney breast with new gas fire installed and on the opposite side of the chimney to the kitchen there is further cupboard space. A window looks out over the front. REAR To the rear of the property there is a patio and large flower bed, with mature shrubs either side creating a private area to sit out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is access in and out of the garden through the patio doors. "
