"Photographs do not do this rear garden justice and the garden and possible extension to the rear of the home offers a huge amount of potential to this already modernised, welcoming home. With two good sized bedrooms, the home has gas fired central heating, double glazing and alarm system. It has stylish kitchen and bathroom fittings and must be viewed to be fully appreciated. Briefly it comprises:- entrance lobby, lounge (14'0 x 12'5 approx into bay), dining kitchen (15'7 x 8'2 approx), first floor landing, bedroom 1 (16'0 x 11'6 max), good sized second bedroom and house bathroom. Ideal for the commuter and just a short walk away from the village centre, the property is competitively priced.
