Off Road parking is offered to the front which in turn leads you in to the property and a spacious hallway with stair to the first floor and entrance into the living room and kitchen.

The living room is located to the front of the property. As with the rest of the house it would benefit from some modernisation, but the space offered is excellent. A fire provides a focal point to the room and door lead through to the dining room to the rear of the property.

The dining room again offers a good amount of space with ample room for a family dining table and additional furniture. For those preferring a more open plan setup the kitchen is located next to the dining room so possibility of opening it up is there.

The kitchen is again located to the rear of the property. The space offered is excellent with ample wall and base units and plenty of work top space. Although the next owner may very well want to update the kitchen it is in a good serviceable condition. A door to the side leads to the garden.

Moving upstairs a landing connects all three bedrooms and the bathroom. A window on the side elevation makes this a light and airy space.

The master bedroom is located to the front of the property. This is a spacious room with ample floor area for a double bed and additional bedroom furniture. There is also a built-in storage room idea for close hanging.

The second bedroom can be found at the rear of the house. This again is a wonderfully spacious room not much smaller than the master bedroom. This bedroom again features a built-in storage cupboard.

The Third Bedroom, located to the front of the house, although smaller than other two is a good-sized single bedroom which is not hindered by the bulk head.

Externally the property is not lacking. There is gated off road parking for at least two cars. The gardens run down the side of the property leading to a spacious lawned area to the rear. There is also outside storage with a brick-built outhouse.
