There s everything you need here already built in a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and space for a washer dryer too. The gas combination boiler is also in a cupboard here, providing heat and hot water for the property. A door to the rear opens onto steps leading down to a small cellar complete with original cooling shelves ideal for storage.

Back on the ground floor, alongside the kitchen is the living dining space, complete with woodburning stove ideal for cosy evenings in.
