"If you have been trawling through the websites waiting for that perfect bungalow to appear, this one will have buyers lining up wanting to take a look.

If you are looking for a good sized bungalow offering versatile living then this is the one. Close by you will find Tarring village, which really is a sought after area with local shops including a bakery, post office, convenience store and a fantastic public house for some great food and socialising.
The local schools here are great so if you have children looking to go to school or are already at school then you will not be disappointed as Thomas A Becket school can be found within a short walk.

The blissfully bright lounge provides a fantastic place to relax, whilst the kitchen offers ample space to prepare a lovely meal. The property externally offers off road parking on the side so you can invite plenty of guests to visit, if you plan to store your car away then make the most of your very own garage, but lets be honest, you will probably use it for storage.

The gardens are low maintenance and ideal for anyone wanting to potter around or enjoy some quality time soaking up the rays.

OWNERS OPINION
When I moved here over 30 years ago, i was initially attracted by the location. Being located in a cul-de-sac we never have any passing traffic, so it is incredibly quiet here.
I am relocating to move closer to my son, I will be sad to leave my bungalow, but I know the time is right. I hope the new owners enjoy their time here as much as I have. ENTRANCE Entrance Porch Entrance Hall Lounge 4.57m x 3.66m
