House Network Ltd are pleased to offer this beautifully presented two/ three bedroom bungalow situated in a unique semi-rural setting overlooking a resident-owned paddock rich with trees and lovely duck pond.

This highly sought after and seldom available property is a three bedroom bungalow with a rear kitchen/breakfast room/sunroom and at the front a south-facing conservatory designed to sit in and catch the warmth of even the coldest winter days. There is a wood burning stove in the lounge and gas-fired central heating throughout making this a cosy family home. Ferring is serviced by several busses including the hugely popular 700 Coastliner bus service, which runs every 10 minutes. The nearest mainline railway station is five minutes drive away at nearby Goring-by-Sea with trains to London twice hourly.
