Situated in the popular Marlowe Road in Broadwater this end of terrace property is the perfect family home. The property is spacious and light throughout and has retained many character features. The accommodation compromises two reception rooms and kitchen on the ground floor - There Is side access leading into the garden. The first floor boasts three large bedrooms, the master which sits at the back of the property has a large window where you can enjoy an undisturbed view of the South Downs. It also contains four double plug sockets. The front bedroom which is also a double room has built in cupboards. The third bedroom which is currently being used as a utility room is large in space and would make an ideal single bedroom or study area - it also has its own plumbing. The family bathroom contains a walk in larger than average shower, wash basin & toilet, there is also an airing cupboard. The property is double glazed as has gas central heating. There is a loft with ladder and it is part boarded.
The garden can be accessed from the patio doors from the second reception room, the door from the kitchen or from Sompting Road, via its own double gates which in turn lead to a large garage concealed at the bottom of the garden. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with some gravel & a patio area & when in bloom shows off an array of colour from the variety of fruit trees and plants. There are also two storage sheds.

Worthing is situated on the West Sussex coast in South East England, 49 miles (79 km) south of London and 10 miles (16 km) west of Brighton and Hove. It forms part of the Brighton/Worthing/Littlehampton conurbation along with neighbouring towns and villages in the county such as Littlehampton, Findon, Sompting, Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea and Southwick.

The borough of Worthing is bordered by the West Sussex local authority districts of Arun in the north and west, and Adur in the east. The town is dominated by the Downs to the north: Cissbury Ring, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, rises to 184 metres (604 ft) in the north of the borough. A further high point is at West Hill (139m) north-west of High Salvington.

Schools in the borough are provided by West Sussex County Council. Broadly speaking, the town has a system of First-Middle-High progression, and so the 22 primary schools are made up of a combination of first, middle and combined schools.
