"A good size four bedroom house with two reception rooms situated on a good size corner plot with potential for extension subject to the necessary planning consents. Excellent location for the local school and walking distance to the High Street.
Description The property is a good sized four bedroom house constructed of brick elevations under a pitched tiled roof. Situated in a favoured residential location, the property lies within a few minutes walk of Storrington's High Street. The flexible accommodation, which is well presented throughout, offers good room sizes and is arranged to provide an entrance porch and hallway, fourth bedroom, lounge, kitchen and family room. To the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom with electric shower. A particular feature are the gardens which are of good proportions as the property is situated on a corner plot. The whole has well defined boundaries and benefits from gas central heating and double glazed windows.
Situation The property is situated on the Western side of Storrington. Storrington offers a good range of local shops, pubs, restaurants and Waitrose supermarket. The local school is opposite the property and there are several other schools in the area. Located within five miles is the town of Pulborough which offers a mainline railway station with services to London Victoria. The A24 trunk road s situated just a few miles outside Storrington and provides access to Horsham and London Northbound, and Worthing Southbound.
Directions From our Storrington office proceed in a Westerly direction along the High Street towards the Tesco/Esso petrol station. At the mini-roundabout head straight over and then at the next mini roundabout opposite the duck pond, turn right. The take the next right into Spierbridge Road and the property is about 50yds up on the left hand side.
