"Sitting within glorious large gardens, Highover is a spacious detached house approximately 20 years old but sited on land owned by the same family since 1930. The well-proportioned accommodation boasts three reception rooms including a large dining room and a generous triple aspect sitting room with a wood burning stove. From the sitting room, a lovely sweeping view across the gardens to the South Downs can be enjoyed, as with bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom four, currently used as a study, has a large walk in storage room with the plumbing ready to install an en suite making this a very adaptable and spacious family home. The gardens are a particular feature of the property, with the plot extending to approximately 4.5 acres and includes a sweeping driveway to the front of the house with a triple garage block alongside. A wide terrace wraps around the east and south sides of the house giving glorious views across the formal area of garden adjoining the house which leads to a more natural area towards the end separated by a small spring fed stream. From here the view towards the South Downs make a spectacular backdrop. To the other side of the driveway lies a section of garden with the flora and fauna of the original heath common that once formed this area.

A lovely spacious home with large park like gardens and far reaching views of the Downs.
