"Little Lodge is set in an enviable elevated position above Church Lane within the sought after South Downs village of Bury.
The property is approached from street level via steps leading up through
beautifully manicured gardens. On entering the property the entrance hall provides access to all principal rooms, the family room has a lovely brick fireplace with wood burner and is open to the sitting room, creating flexibility on how the rooms are used. The kitchen / dining room is a really good size and is fitted with a range of units with hob, oven and space for all appliances and access to a rear entrance porch leading to the garden. There also is a recently refitted downstairs shower room.
To the first floor there are spacious two double bedrooms with the main having fitted wardrobes and the accommodation is completed by a lovely modern fitted bathroom.
