"Chanctonbury is a well presented home built around 40 years ago. In a highly desirable area of West Chiltington, this substantial home offers spacious living accommodation over two floors.

On entering the property through the enclosed porch, there is a generous entrance hall with cloaks cupboard and cloakroom. The triple aspect sitting room which measures 27?9 x 13?11 has a feature gas fire place and French doors opening onto the side of the garden.
