"NO PASSING TRAFFIC! A parkland position without the price tag. The bungalow is positioned back with a large green space outside set in South Beaumont, situated conveniently between Littlehampton and Rustington with a regular bus route just yards from the front door. You won't have far to travel if you need a pint of milk or a newspaper as Tesco Express is opposite and the pharmacy is located next door.

The bungalow is a great size, originally 3 bedrooms but has now been arranged with 2 double bedrooms, a large living room overlooking the rear garden, a kitchen that has been opened up to incorporate the original 3rd bedroom, giving a large kitchen/dining room, separate WC and bathroom.

The rear garden is completely enclosed and surrounded by other bungalows, offering complete privacy, mature shrubs and plant borders and boasts of being a Southerly aspect plot. The garage is a short walk from the bungalow and has a secure up and over door.

I was initially drawn to the bungalow because of the beautiful parkland in front, it is set back off the road giving it privacy and seclusion. The South facing rear garden really was the cherry on top.

The other big attraction is the convenience of the small shopping complex on the other side of the green, the pharmacy even drop off my perscriptions to me if I am unable to collect them.

I will miss the bungalow and garden but I now have to move closer to my daughter.
