"WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE INSIDE. This may look like an ordinary home from the outside, but step inside and the space it offers is brilliant. The lobby area opens to a front aspect lounge which leads into a lovely open plan kitchen/breakfast room which has been well designed and fitted with all your storage needs and will be the place of many family get togethers and parties. The conservatory really adds to the already spacious kitchen and gives real versatility to how the accommodation can be used.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a decent single bedroom and a refitted bathroom.

The property then enters a different level, a handy loft room that the current owner uses as a bedroom allows the next owners to do the same (although it's not a bedroom) or use it as an office or games room.

Outside the garden faces South and is a fantastic place to enjoy the sun and although the odd rumble of a train goes by, the rest of the time it is a private and quiet retreat.

What the Owner says:

We bought the house because it was in a quiet Close and we could see that we could ignore the layout by changing a few things.

The kitchen/breakfast room has seen lots of family dinners and we have enjoyed inviting friends round on a lovely summers day and sitting out in the conservatory until late in the evening.

We thought that the train line would be a problem at first, but after 8 years you hardly know when there going by!
