"Located in the popular village of East Preston is this very well extended property sitting on a good corner plot to the village centre. The property offers great living accommodation to the ground floor with plenty of space and bedrooms to the first floor, so plenty of room for a larger family.

Walking into the property has a great overall feeling of space with lounge to the front which opens out onto the dining area with double doors so you can walk through into the extended part of the property which gives you a good size "L" shaped kitchen/breakfast room.

There are 5 bedrooms to the first floor, 3 original and 2 further bedrooms to the rear which takes up the extended part. This could easily be knocked through into one large bedroom which would then give you 4 doubles if that's all you need.

The rear garden is laid to patio for ease and low maintenance.

If you work from home there are two areas that could be used, one to the side of the property which the husband used as a home office, but there is also a garage and workshop to the rear of the garden with access, so both ideal for working from home, or a great playroom for the kids.

As we bought the property nearly 30 years ago, it shows how happy we have been here, we only moved back then as we were downsizing and saw the potential the property had to extend.

Later on in the 1980's we decided to extend the property to the rear which worked out really well, giving us extra space on both floors.

The location was also perfect for us as it was close to the schools, beach and village which was great for the children, but sadly it is time to downsize as the house is now too big for me, but I have been very happy here.
