"An extended five bedroom semi detached house built around the 1930's very close to Horsham town centre located on the popular west side of the town. The house was extended in the last 80's to create a utility room and extra reception room on the ground floor and two more bedrooms to add to the original three bedrooms. There is a shower room and a family bathroom upstairs. The garden is 95' in length with a south east aspect. This particular house has been owned by the existing vendors since June 2004 prior to which it was owned by the Alliston family, who owned and ran the furniture shop now known as Collingwood Batchelor. It remained in the Alliston ownership for around 20 years. Prior to this, the first owner lived here since the house was built in the 1930's. It is as you would expect, an excellent size with a 27' sitting room, double glazing in most of the house with gas heating. The accommodation is flexible and has the separate reception room you could use as a playroom or study easily. Without a doubt, this house is not only a great size but so very conveniently located at the bottom end of Rushams Road so close to the town centre and park with its sports centre and railway station on the other side.

What the Owner says:

We moved here in 2004 from Greenway, just around the corner. We wanted a bigger house, but in the same area as we love how convenient it is to the town. We didn't want to give that up and needed the extra space for family who regularly visit us. We now want to downsize, since the space is too much, ironically, but we have had six very happy years here. It's a great size and location.
