"As you walk through the front door, there is an immediate feeling of space. There is a large window at the front which provides the living room with lots of natural light. This feeling of space, is helped by the open plan layout, with an opening to the 11'10 kitchen/diner, which has a large breakfast bar.

This home does requires some updating in places, which we have reflected in the asking price, however there is also a gas fired central heating system to radiators, with a recently replaced combination boiler and double glazed windows.

The location is terrific, being in the catchment area for the popular infant school and a short walk from the village and all of it's amenities.

It is also close to the main bus route into Horsham, for when you want to leave the car at home.

Outside there is a larger than average rear garden, which measures 65'10 in length and is mainly laid to lawn and backs onto the schools playing fields. There is rear access to the garden, which provides access to the parking area and one of the parking spaces, with the other parking space directly in front of the house.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in this house all my life and love the location. We have great neighbours and will be sorry to leave them behind.

We are only a short walk to the village centre and the bus stop is just outside as well for when we want to leave the car at home. The school is great, having gone there myself and couldn't be closer as it backs onto the rear garden. We have made a couple of improvements to the house, which include replacing the windows with a sealed double glazed unit and fitting a new boiler.

Equally there are a few jobs we haven't done, but we feel we have reflected that in the price, to give the buyer the chance to put their mark on the house.
