"We are delighted to bring to market this four bedroom family home. Completed in 2014, and so offering 8 years of the NHBC certificate, and located in a cul-de-sac, this home is intelligently laid out and ready to move into.

Conveniently located to take advantage of the commuter links, yet a stones throw from the best of West Sussex countryside, with the Down`s Link and Southwater Country Park practically on your doorstep, and in the catchment area for fantastic schools, this is a families dream home.

As we enter through the front door, we are presented with a wide hall way, leading to a WC and cloakroom on your right, with a modern, fully fitted kitchen diner on your left.
