"A four bedroom detached house built by Bovis Homes and completed in 2014, situated toward the end of a cul-de-sac location with open outlook, a stones throw of the Downs Link.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises a spacious entrance hall with stairs to first floor and doors to ground floor cloakroom, sitting room and kitchen/dining room. The double aspect open plan kitchen/dining has a defined dining area at one end and the other being the kitchen area having a range of built-in appliances including a built-in fridge/freezer, with a double oven and grill with a five ring gas hob with extractor fan above.
