"If you are after a family home on the outskirts of Cedar Drive then look no further. This four bedroom link detached home at the end of Cedar Drive is certainly in a great location within close proximity to the local village and the great walks surrounding it. It's a MUST to view.

The property itself offers great family accommodation with two double bedrooms and two good size singles, it offers space for the family or visiting friends.

The current owners have a caravan and three family cars and never have an issue parking so if you require lots of off road parking, then this house has the space for you.

The property really does flow nicely from the open plan lounge with an arch leading into the dining area and the french doors bringing the outside in.

The rear of the property is great for you sun worshipers with a southerly aspect. There is a decked area which leads off from the dining area with french doors to the rear garden which is 50' x 32. it works perfectly for entertaining and the barbecue for those warmer evenings.

If you are looking for a family home with a great feel with good parking and garden space, this is the home for you.

What the Owner says:

We knew as soon as we pulled up at the property it was for us. The parking to the front of the house is great although, we did not have a caravan at the time, we knew we were going to get one and there was ample space for it and the cars to go alongside it.

The other attraction for us was the view. As you look out the upstairs window all you can see is fields. This really appealed to us as it gave us a feeling of being in the countryside.

We have also just redecorated so hopefully there should not be to much work for the next people who move in.
