"For all you Dr. Who fans, this could be the house for you. As you walk through the front door you would swear you where entering the TARDIS.

This home is so much bigger on the inside than it would first appear, with extensions to both the front and rear, there is a real feeling of space. The clever design has created a terrific 17'5 well fitted kitchen/diner in the rear extension, which has a range of integrated appliances including a built in oven, hob and filter fan, an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The old kitchen has been converted to provide a cloakroom and a very useful study for the kids to do homework, or could possibly be used as a home office, allowing all of the space in the living room to be used for relaxing. The bathroom has been re-fitted in recent years with a white suite including a corner bath, W.C. and vanity unit with inset wash hand basin, which with the tiled walls, has a very modern theme.

Throughout, the property is well decorated in neutral colours, which help give a feeling of space and light. along with double glazed windows and a gas fired central heating system to radiators.

Outside the rear garden is mainly paved, making it very low maintenance. To the front there is a driveway providing hardstanding for vehicles, as well as a garage situated in a nearby block.

When I first viewed Anvil Close, I couldn't believe just how big the house was compared to all the other properties I had viewed, with extensions to both the front and rear.

The extra space is great as it has created an extra room downstairs which is used as a study, there is now a cloakroom and the extension to the rear has created a kitchen which I think is a real feature of our home and at 17'5, goes across the rear of the property.

I love the location, with it being in a cul de sac. It is so quiet, yet just a short walk to the village centre and local schools.
