"A most interesting property situated in a quiet cul-de sac in the popular village of Mannings Heath. The property sits almost central in a plot of approximately a quarter of an acre and enjoys a sunny aspect. There is a substantial degree of potential to enhance and extend the property subject to the usual planning consents.
The property was originally a bungalow and has been extended over the years creating spacious living accommodation across two levels comprising of two reception rooms, a kitchen with separate utility, a ground floor bathroom and three bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs is a large landing, this has previously been used as another sleeping area. There is an exceptionally large bedroom and another double bedroom along with an additional bathroom. Outside, the large rear garden overlooks a privately owned wood, its a beautiful outlook. The front garden has ample space for many vehicles leading to an attached garage with power and light.
SITUATION
Mannings Heath is a delightful village 3.9 miles South East of Horsham. It is a very desirable location with many people requesting property there. In the heart of Mannings Heath there is a much loved and very friendly village store and a church. Mannings Heath Golf Club is also very close by. There are private and state school opportunities when living in Mannings Heath. Health and fitness facilities are also very good. Horsham town offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The sports facilities are also excellent in and around Horsham. Transport facilities are excellent with mainline trains direct to London and Bognor Regis. There is also easy access to the M23 and M25 and, of course, to Gatwick Airport.
