"A three bedroom semi detached house built in 1979 by Wimpey Homes, located in this popular residential cul de sac, just off Heath Way, North Heath Lane and is close to local shops and Littlehaven station. The present owners have lived here for 7 years and have carried out many improvements including a refitted kitchen, made the bathroom and separate WC into one room with a replacement suite and landscaped the garden with a new patio area. They have also obtained planning permission consent to extend it further which is valid for 3 years. The house is very well presented, double glazed and with gas heating to radiators. the accommodation comprises entrance hall leading to the refitted kitchen with access to the garden. The living room and dining room are open plan but could be separated if required. The living area at the front with access from the dining room to the rear garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with a single bedroom and a good sized bathroom, very nicely presented as a result of being knocked through. The garden is very nice, especially since it has been landscaped with side access to the garage and driveway to the front. This is a comfortable house in a good, well respected area with further scope to extend since planning has already been granted.

What the Owner says:

We moved here 7 years ago and have brought up our young family of 3 boys here. This is a very friendly area with lots of young families in the neighbourhood, particularly if you have children yourself. We are very close to shops for day to day needs here and the Holbrook Club is very close by too. We are also within walking distance to the local primary schools. We have done a lot to it during our time here, so it is very comfortable and modernised inside with a lovely garden, which is great to sit in and enjoy. A happy home with very many happy memories for us.
