"For sale for first time for over 25 years Carinya is situated in a highly desirable location sitting in a plot of 0.42 of an acre. Set in a cul de sac overlooking countryside to the rear, whilst still being less than a mile to Horsham town centre.

The accommodation comprises of a spacious entrance hall with doors to all principle reception rooms and bedrooms. The double aspect sitting room is a feature of the property and has a split level study area. The dining room is to the rear and opens into a conservatory with views of the garden.
