"This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a spacious family home on a plot approaching a 1/3 of an acre. Forestfield is considered to be one of Horsham's most popular residential areas. Being on the East side of Horsham the property is within catchment for Heron Way Primary School as well as the Millais Secondary School for girls and the Forest Secondary School for boys.
The current owner has lived in the property for 28 years, it had been extended prior to their ownership and now provides spacious, versatile living accommodation. One of the many wonderful features of this property is the rear boundary adjoins Leechpool Woods, which is popular with dog walkers and families alike.
The versatile accommodation comprises of two good size reception rooms, a further third reception room has on occasions been used as an additional bedroom as there is a shower, WC and basin next to it. The kitchen is accessed via the dining room and the garage is accessed via the kitchen. Off of the garage is a useful utility room. Forestfield is a very sought after road. Heron Way Primary School is just a stones throw away and is a very popular school.
