"The Highwood development, built by Berkeley Homes, is formed of traditionally built houses and exclusive apartments that form a desirable new village environment within the town of Horsham. The property is situated just off the main square in a quiet location within the development and benefits from two allocated parking spaces and ample visitor parking.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and doors to a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room and an open plan sitting/dining/garden room. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of integrated AEG appliances including oven, ceramic hob with extractor fan above, integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. To the front is a bay window providing an ideal space for a small table and chairs. The sitting/dining room is open plan and has a useful storage cupboard.
