"If space is your main criteria than this good size two bedroom flat is certainly worth taking a closer look at. Buyers will find the property nice and clean with a refitted bathroom, whilst the kitchen although in good order is dated and might be considered for replacement. The balcony is located off the communal first floor landing, and gives you that little bit of outside space. So, really handy whether you are looking for somewhere to dry your clothes, storing a few bits or pieces or just somewhere to sit on a warm summers evening and enjoy a bit of fresh air.

What the Owner says:

I started looking for my first home a few years ago over in the Dorking area, I was constantly disappointed with the amount of property that my budget would achieve, everything I saw was so small and just wouldn’t do. I then decided to spread my search area down the A24 and found Broadbridge Heath, just 20 minutes away and still an easy drive into work.

I soon found Swann Way and was so impressed with the size it almost felt twice the size to other properties that I had seen. I did not expect to get two double bedrooms, but it meant that family and friends could come and visit and stay over for the night if they wanted.
