"Built by David Wilson Homes, this three storey property offers a well thought out selection of both living and bedroom space. The front door leads into a hallway with stairs to the first floor and doors to the kitchen, ground floor cloakroom and open plan sitting/dining room. The kitchen has a range of integrated appliances including gas hob, separate double oven and grill, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and has double doors opening to an impressive sitting/dining room. This area of the ground floor has a partially vaulted ceiling with sky lights and double length windows which all flood the room with light. Double glass French doors lead from this room out to the rear garden and patio area.

To the first floor are two double bedrooms, both with en-suites. Bedroom one has built-in wardrobes and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and double width shower cubicle. Bedroom two also has built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room with a double width shower cubicle. Wickhurst Green is a development with everything on its doorstep. There are various highly regarded state and private schools in the area and train services to London, Gatwick and the South Coast are accessed via Christ's Hospital and Horsham both of which are less than 3 miles away.
