It really does give the WOW factor!Original period features include exposed ceiling beams, original walls of the old stable block and a magnificent inglenook fireplace with double sized wood burner. The welcoming entrance hall gives access to the left down the corridor which takes you into the one double bedroom annex complete with en-suite shower room, spacious lounge, fully fitted kitchen and conservatory leading out onto a secluded flint walled garden area which is a real sun trap. To the right of the main front entrance is a door leading to a few steps up to the immense living room. Vaulted ceilings, marble fireplace flooring and under floor heating are just some of the marvels in this room along with heaps of natural light and a wealth of handcrafted exposed Oak joinery. Towards the East of this room is access to the main sleeping area and here you will find three double bedrooms, one of them en suite, a family bathroom with walk in rain shower and then stairs take you up to the master suite which leads to a Minstrels Gallery which overlooks the main living area and offers a reading spot overlooking the gardens and offering spectacular views of open countryside.Through to the kitchen you will find Caesarstone work surfaces, a gas range stove and a bespoke handmade moveable island! Soft closing drawers and clever storage solutions plus under floor heating finish this room off as well as access to a utility room and WC. There is also enough space for a six seat dining table.French doors lead out on to a terraced area with Polsden Lacy paving stone and mature borders. Here, there is ample space for outside entertaining. The vast garden backs onto farmland with far reaching views of the Sussex Downs and round to the East side you will find a fully constructed greenhouse as well as four raised bed areas; perfect for growing your own produce. There are well matured apple trees as well as a raspberry bush."
