The property was built in 1998 by national house builder Gleeson Homes to their Larkfield design in cavity brick under a tiled roof with some vertical tile detailing. Internally these houses have an open fireplace and chimney. The clever design has a separately defined sitting room and dining area with double doors leading out into the gardens. Notable features include a re-fitted kitchen (July 2009), replacement A rated gas fired boiler (Feb 2009), replacement double glazed uPVC doors and windows, soffits, bargeboards and gutters (May 2011), cavity wall insulation, updated bathroom suites now includes Aqualisa shower over bath to family bathroom, fully fitted carpets and underlays with stain guard protection and landscaped rear gardens.
