"A 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house, substantially extended in 2016 to create a spacious and well appointed family home. The house has a large sunny garden and is in a quiet road within the pretty village of Balcombe. It is located within a 10 minute walk of the railway station which has trains to London and Brighton every 30 minutes.

The property is well presented and appointed, offering spacious family living approaching 2400 sq ft , which includes a 30ft long garage as well as a large decorated loft space. The property enjoys privacy at the front and rear. It benefits from a double entry driveway which provides parking for several cars.

In brief, the accommodation comprises the entrance porch and hall, which leads into an open plan sitting room and dining room with open fireplace. This then leads through double doors to a stunning open plan kitchen family room with underfloor heating. The downstairs also has a separate study and WC. Haywards Heath town centre is a 10 minute drive where greater shopping facilities can be found; along with restaurants and bars, a leisure centre and a sixth form college. Access to the M23 is 3.5 miles to the north. The A23 M23 connects London, Gatwick and Brighton; indeed Gatwick is a 10 15 minute drive away. Brighton is a 30 minute drive or 20 minutes on the train. London Bridge is 40 minutes on the train.
