"The property comprises a charming, attractive semi detached house with a good size kitchen/dining room, a downstairs cloakroom, a sitting room with an open fireplace and a conservatory overlooking the rear garden. At first level there are two good sized bedrooms with wardrobe cupboards and a spacious shower room

Situation
Palings Way is a small select development of similar properties found near the heart of this popular West Sussex village. There are facilities including a popular primary school, a newsagent/general store, post office, chemist, restaurants, church and pub on the village green. The village is surrounded by miles of beautiful open countryside, some of which is in the ownership of the National Trust and is crisscrossed by miles of foot and bridle paths. The area is now with the South Downs National Park. There are further excellent facilities available in Haslemere to the North where there are a number of specialist shops and stores as well as supermarkets restaurants, leisure facilities including The Herons Leisure Centre, Amarna at Lyth Hill as well as an excellent rail service to London Waterloo in under an hour.
