What the Owner says:

Having lived on the edge of Emsworth town centre for some time now, the benefits have been endless. Being able to walk in to Emsworth and pick up the groceries and newspaper is extremely useful indeed. Walks around the mill pond are just around the corner and local pubs and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away. We have always made good use of the A3 and A27 and the close proximity of Emsworth train station is a god send. We have loved living here and think that anyone else would feel the same way too.
