"A well presented 3 bedroom mid terrace family home located in a quiet cul de sac, situated within the desirable village of Copthorne. The property is within walking distance of the local school, local amenities and public transport links to surround villages and towns. The current owner has recently refurbished the property throughout including a new boiler (2014), re carpeted, redecorated, new gutters to the front and is offering the sale with no onward chain. On entering the property you are greeted with a large covered entrance porch an ideal space for coats and shoes with wooden laminate flooring, leading through to an entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor landing. The light and airy living room has a large double window to the front and leads through to the dining room with sliding patio doors opening up to the rear garden. The dining room offers an open serving hatch through to the kitchen.
