"Moddershall is a well proportioned detached house within the highly desirable Elms Lane, not far from the famous Blue Flag beach at East Head. The property is offered for sale with the advantage of no forward chain and offers potential for cosmetic modernisation or to create further accommodation by converting all or part of the generous garaging.

Internally the property measures 1,986 sq ft. with the ground floor comprising: entrance hall and cloakroom, separate sitting and dining rooms and a kitchen/breakfast room. This room could potentially be opened into the dining room, if desired, to create a more open plan family kitchen overlooking the rear garden.
