"An extremely well presented five bedroom family house situated in the village of Hunston. Built by Bovis Homes in 2001, the accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises an entrance hall, a kitchen/breakfast room, a dining room, a double aspect sitting room with double doors leading out to the rear garden, and a cloakroom to the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, bedroom one and three each benefit from an en suite shower room, and there is a separate family bathroom. On the second floor there are a further two bedrooms, with one currently arranged as a study.

Situation
The property is situated in the popular village of Hunston, just to the south of the Cathedral City of Chichester. The city offers a comprehensive range of shops, restaurants, primary and secondary schools, doctors and dentists. Chichester is also renowned for its Festival Theatre, ancient Cathedral, museums and galleries. Leisure activities within the general area include sailing from Chichester Harbour, golf, horse and motor racing at the famous Goodwood, indoor sports centres with swimming pools and walking and riding across the South Downs National Park.
