"Formerly the main house for the nursery, this substantial detached property offers superbly proportioned accommodation. The feeling of space is apparent as soon as you enter the house with a large hall and galleried landing. The ground floor has two large reception rooms, a generous kitchen/breakfast room, study and a large utility room with cloakroom. The sitting room has a large brick fireplace with a flue for a log burner. The kitchen has a large Cookmaster oven and granite worktops. Throughout the ground floor the flooring is either wood or slate tiles.

The first floor has a superb master bedroom with an en suite shower room with twin sinks and a large dressing room. Bedroom two also has an en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. The two further bedrooms are also doubles and have ample wardrobe space built in, and there is a modern family bathroom.

The house is accessed via a long private drive which leads to the double garage with a remote controlled door. There is ample parking for a number of cars. A large patio stretches across the back of the house with steps leading down to the garden which enjoys a southerly aspect.

The local March C of E Primary School has an excellent reputation and is within walking distance. Westhampnett is just on the eastern fringe of Chichester and is approximately 1.5 miles from the city centre. Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, the Festival Theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria. Nearby Goodwood is famous for its many event days including the world renowned Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival for motor racing enthusiasts and a season of horse racing. There are excellent sailing facilities around Chichester Harbour and windsurfing from the beaches at West Wittering. The area is a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts, with beautiful walks and cycle tracks over the South Downs and around the harbour.
