Situated just to the North of Chichester in well regarded Lavant, this semi detached property is located in a residential road close to the South Downs and Centurian Way which together provide opportunities for outward bound activities to include walking and cycling.

The property is approached via a paved pathway and the recessed entrance porch leads into the entrance hall, where stairs lead to the first floor and access is gained to the sitting room dining room. This is an excellent bright space with a picture window to the front and double glazed doors to the garden. A wood burner is a lovely embellishment to the room providing a cosy feel.
