The property is situated in a convenient location being a short walk from Elm Tree Village stores & the doctors surgery. Nearby Barnham Village has a mainline train station with regular links to London and along the coast, and offers a selection of shops, post office, banks & other facilities. Fontwell Racecourse is less than a mile away. There are a selection of primary and secondary schools close by. The cathedral city of Chichester is about 6 miles to the west offers a wide selection of facilities including, superb shopping, art galleries and a theatre.
