"Windskip is a well presented, detached house positioned at the edge of Earnley and within easy reach of the beach and facilities at Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering. The property occupies a generous plot of 0.22 acre with a delightful, 125' private garden to the rear. EPC-C.
Internally, the accommodation measures 1,908 sq ft (including the single, attached garage) and provides a good level of flexibility, depending upon how the rooms are used.
