"'Deepdene' is a spacious, detached chalet bungalow positioned within a non-estate, residential side road and within reach of the nearby shops and beach.

The property provides 1,206 sq ft of accommodation and briefly comprises: entrance lobby, a very generous L-shaped reception room measuring an impressive 28'11 x 22'2 with woodburning stove and an inner hall leading to the bathroom, separate cloakroom and the kitchen, which is large enough for a breakfast table.
