"Conveniently located just to the west of the city centre, Henty Gardens is an attractive development of town houses and flats built by Seaward Homes. This well presented two storey house has easily managed accommodation with sealed unit double glazing throughout.

A generous entrance hall opens onto a south facing open plan sitting dining room with attractive coal effect gas fire and sealed unit sliding door and picture window looking out over the partially walled garden. The kitchen breakfast room has recently been updated with an excellent range of contemporary matching units and appliances.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms including a principal bedroom with bathroom en suite. Two further bedrooms are served by a well appointed shower room which has also recently been refitted.
