"This modern three bedroom end of terrace house forms part of the Graylingwell Park development and is set approximately one mile to the north east of the city centre. The house was built in 2013 and benefits from a number of features helping the development achieve a zero carbon status including photovoltaic roof tiles and a central hot water system for the development.

The house has a spacious entrance hall, a stylish fitted kitchen with a range of integrated appliances and a good size reception room with French doors opening to the garden. The first floor has a master bedroom with en suite shower room and a balcony, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

There is a small front garden and an enclosed rear garden with a shed. The house has an allocated parking space and there is visitor parking.

Graylingwell Park is a unique contemporary development, set in 85 glorious acres of parkland, yet is only a mile from Chichester city centre with its excellent pedestrianised shopping precincts and the world renowned Chichester Festival Theatre. There is a regular 30 minute bus service into the city.
