"A superbly presented house which has been totally updated by the current owners to provide a stunning modern layout arranged over three floors, along with a detached annexe and double garage. Set in the highly sought after Summersdale area of Chichester in a cul de sac location.

The front door opens to a stunning entrance hall complete with an oak staircase and a double height ceiling. To the side of the entrance hall is a cloakroom and additional storage space. The study has a double aspect and overlooks the front garden. From the entrance hall, double doors lead into the stunning open plan living space, which spans the width of the property, all rooms enjoying views of the rear gardens.
