Situated in highly sought after Franklin Place, which enjoys a location in close proximity to Chichester City centre, this charming, terraced cottage is Grade II Listed and has been a much loved home to the current vendors for many years. Dating from the early 19th century, the front elevation is painted to compliment this pretty row of colourful terraced houses, which back onto the historic city walls and Priory Park beyond.
