"Formerly the bakery, Loafers is a pretty cottage in the heart of the village and only a short walk from the foreshore. The house was once two cottages and has a wealth of charm and character. Offered for sale with vacant possession, the property requires some updating, allowing a future owner to put their own stamp on it. The pretty and mature rear garden is a particular feature of the property, offering a good degree of privacy.

The front door leads into the main reception room, with a small Inglenook fireplace at one end of the room and a further closed fireplace at the other. In addition there is a further reception room, the kitchen and a ground floor shower room, which was previously the study. Steps from the kitchen lead down to a utility area and cloakroom, both with restricted head height. The first floor has a master bedroom with a good size en suite bathroom and a walk in wardrobe, two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC.

The double garage has been converted into a self contained one bedroom annexe. It includes an open plan reception area with a kitchenette and space for a bed, a separate bathroom and a conservatory. Location
The ancient and picturesque village of Bosham is one of Britain?s most popular sailing venues, situated towards the eastern end of Chichester Harbour, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to Chichester. There is an excellent sailing club which offers instruction for all ages and has an extensive programme of sailing and social events. There are two excellent pubs in the centre and The Millstream Hotel & Restaurant together with a small supermarket on the outskirts of the village. Bosham also has a train station. The cathedral city of Chichester offers excellent high street shopping, many fashionable restaurants, cafes and bars, Festival Theatre and a mainline station to London Victoria.
