Situated in a quiet close the location is great with easy access to the A27 and the adjoining A23. It is also a close walk to Southwick Green and the various local shops in Southwick.

The amount of space this house has to offer was one of the main attractions. The fact that it had a garage and parking as well was a real bonus when coming back with the weekly shopping.

We have decided not to update the house before we put it on the market as we thought that it would be better for you to choose to your own taste, there is so much choice out there!
