An exceptionally well presented end of terrace family home located at the end of a cul de sac in the Aldwick area of Bognor Regis. The property comprises of the following accommodation. On the ground floor there is entrance hallway, ground floor cloakroom an excellent sized lounge/dining room, conservatory, modern fitted kitchen complete with integral five ring hob and oven and a range of fitted wall and base cupboard units. On the first and second floor there are four bedrooms, and a white family bathroom suite. Outside the property has an enclosed rear garden and a garage located in a nearby compound. Nestled in the corner of a cul de sac it is situated off the road and enjoys pleasant views over a green. We thoroughly recommend an internal viewing. Epc grade C.

Location

The property is located in the corner of a residential cul de sac in the village of Aldwick, which is approximately 1.2 miles to the west of the Bognor Regis Town Centre. There are an array of local schools which cater for all age groups within half a mile and is very close to bus services which provide access to the rest of east and west Sussex. Also Aldwick is close to other useful amenities including a doctors surgery, pharmacy and of course the sea front. An array of shops can be found in the local villages of Rose Green and Aldwick . The main town centre in Bognor Regis offers more comprehensive shopping facilities as well as a main line train station.

Our View

The property is in an excellent location on a residential road. All the rooms of the property are very well proportioned and has been extremely well maintained by the current vendors. Both kitchen and bathroom are modern and the decor is neutral and has a fresh appeal to it. The conservatory offers that extra valuable space that is often needed on the ground floor. Located right in the corner of the cul de sac it boasts a fair size garden than its neighbours. There is a mixture of residents in the area from retirees to young families. as there is also a pleasant greenery yards away for the children to play. All in all internal viewings are recommended.
